My Story

Welcome to my website, my name is Jane and I have been making and decorating cakes for many years, over those years I have made hundreds of cakes and learnt a lot of different skills, techniques and tricks, which I now teach others.

At Icing on the cake you will learn how to decorate cakes and make amazing cake toppers in the relaxed atmosphere of my 16th century farm house at  Clapton in Gordano, near Portishead, Bristol.

My kitchen is registered with north Somerset district council and proudly displays the maximum 5 star certificate, I also have my food hygiene and allergy  

        certificate, first aid trained and insurance.
